TURKEY AND BROCCOLI ALFREDO

  • 6 oz. uncooked fettuccine (or substitute 8 oz. spaghetti noodles)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups cooked, cubed turkey

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

 Prepare fettuccine according to package directions.  Add broccoli the last 4 minutes of cooking time.  Drain.  In skillet mix soup, milk, cheese, turkey, pepper and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring often.  Serves 4.
