Simply spread any flavor softened ice cream to the edges of any cookie (chocolate chip, sugar, graham crackers) Then press the other cookie gently on top of the ice cream covered cookie – making your own ice cream sandwich!

You can dip the edges in colored sugar, sprinkles, shaved chocolate, crushed nuts or maybe even coconut.

Wrap them in cellophane or put in individual plastic freezer bags.

Very cute and tasty for the kids and summer entertaining.
