Plant seeds in shallow soil in early spring or fall. When getting them established, it is best to plant in early spring after threat of frost. They will grow in full sun or partial shade, and require no maintenance. Full sun is best when getting them started. Bloom time is from May until July and if cut off, will bloom periodically 'til fall.

These are very beautiful in mass plantings and will come up where ever the seeds fall once you get them started. They will reach a height of 2 to 3 feet tall.
