Nita,

Thanks for the kind words. When planning your new shower, one word of caution. Do not install low flow mixer valves, you will be sorry. As for a timed shower, I don't remember ever seeing one that would mount to an existing shower pipe. I have seen wall mounted units such as would be used in a public shower (i.e. a shower at a fairgrounds for the 4H kids, at a school or gym, etc.) Not sure that this would be what the question poser wants. Another option is to install a timed light switch in the bathroom. It would be easy to change the standard light switch with the timed switch and the light would go out in a set period of time. The water would still be on, but at least there would be a visual reminder that it's time to get out of the shower. An ultra low flow shower head wouldn't hurt either.

Thank you,
Steve Hall
