Homesteading Notes July 19, 2004 |
I am spending the day without the
Internet. Keep catching myself looking to see if I have any new
messages. Sigh. The bad guys destroyed my Norton Scanner and my
Firewall. The Firewall I need costs $800 and we cannot do that yet.
That's almost as much as we will spend on the video and audio equipment
to be making the DVDs & CDs for selling. If we can't make progress,
IRS won't let us continue to claim deductions for the business.
T-N-T Farm is Bio-Intensive Gardening and is now cleaned up and much prettier. I am going to log the next set of Trumpet Vine Photos and move on to other projects while I am playing catch-up with the things put off from week to week. Things that aren't wrong but just needing a little touch of better. I updated my notes on Raising Chickens and what had caused our chickens to die over the past few years. We've had no losses from the heat. I have gathered the best of advice and use what fits to keep our girls happy and well. Randy is bringing home what I need to get back on line SAFELY! Then it will be back to work as usual. I try to put together articles sent in as I receive them. Much of the humor is not worthy of posting but often has a few laughs. I am told I have too much political stuff. Yes, probably but most of that is simply listing what is known about the, umm, person. |
