TURKEY SOUP (Crockpot)

  •  9 cups homemade turkey broth, made from turkey carcass, and fat skimmed off

  • 2 medium carrots, sliced

  • 3 celery ribs, sliced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 pint canned green beans, undrained

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. sage

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 cups cooked and diced turkey

  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 pint whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 pint canned tomatoes, undrained

Mix all ingredients together in large crock pot and  cook on high for 8 hours. Serve with hot bread!
