CHICKEN RICE BURRITOS

  • 3 T. dried onions

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 7 cups shredded cooked chicken (or turkey!)

  • 1 T. chili powder

  • 1 jar (16 ozs.) picante sauce

  • 3 cups cooked rice

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 12 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed

 Mix the first seven ingredients together in a large bowl.  Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and mix well.  Spoon filling onto tortilla, fold sides and ends over filling, and then roll up.  Place on two greased 9x13 baking dishes.  Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.  Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.  Garnish with additional picante sauce and sour cream!
