| This giant got a start in the middle of the garden and has not reached a height of 8 feet tall. They have come up around the house and when they are big, have evil thorns along the stalk. I will need a chainsaw to take these things out. |

I have found this in the native
plantlife book on poisonous plants. But I have found it with two
different names. It is a native weed and we've seen all over the area.
It makes a berry late in the summer and has mean thorns along the stem
that prevent one from pulling it up with their bare hands.
