Cheesy Breakfast Potatoes Remembered (from Nanette Knowles)

I have just started frequenting a restaurant that has on the menu "cheesy potatoes" for breakfast. It tastes just like a casserole I used to make years ago and it has sour cream in it but beyond that I can't remember how it is made. It is baked in the oven.

The potatoes are in 1 in cubes and they are real, not frozen. They have a crispy top, kinda like bread crumbs baked on and the sour cream flavor and of course, the cheese.
