Easy Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
9 inch pie crust
Instructions
Combine sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter and cornstarch. Beat at low
speed until well blended. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes. Place on cooling rack to
cool.
May refrigerate up to 2 days.
