As far as France is concerned, there's not a lot to report except I've changed my mind about the area, i.e. my first choice was area 23, very rural and 'green', but now I'm looking in Brittany, simply because it has a large influx of British expats who |
I know will be helpful to me when I move, and it is the
first 'hop' over the channel from UK.
I will be offering holiday accommodation too, and as
Brittany is the 'first stop' over the channel from UK, I feel this
will be a good 'proving ground' for me. If I like it I will
stay, if not I will look around for somewhere else.
Sadly, I found the 'remains' of a much loved duck this
morning. I know it was a badger that 'took' her. I do all
I can to make sure they are all safe every evening, but sometimes that
is just not enough. More tears.
It's hay making time here now, and I've been
'stealing' barrow loads of hay from the fields to provide food
for my animals for the leaner months. Promise you won't tell
anyone !!!!
There's not much more to tell you right now, except I'm
trying to 'push' business, i.e. Handwriting analysis, the
problem with the English is that we don't accept anything 'new'
easily, so I feel I'm trying to push a bus uphill right now !!
