Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Jan is making stuffed potatoes and he will take them for lunch all next week most likely.  He reams out the center of a cleaned potato, fills it with cooked sausage and cheese, rubs on the butter and wraps in foil.  Cooks them on the grill.  They cook up faster than regular baked potatoes and they warm up great.  

We discovered today that the leftover sausage/cheese mixture can be heated up and put into flour tortillas and works pretty good also.
