CREAMY FRUIT DIP
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add milk; mix well. Add pudding mix; beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Serve with fruit. Yield: approx. 3 1/2 cups. NOTE: Recipe can be made using fat free cream cheese and reduced fat sour cream.
