AMISH STARTER BREAD
Put the above ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag and mush together until blended. Let set out at room temperature. RULES: Do NOT use metal spoon, do NOT refrigerate. Day 1: Mix starter Day 2 through 5: Squeeze bag once daily Day 6: Add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, and 1 c. milk Day 7 through 9: Squeeze bag once daily Day 10: Dump contents in a large bowl and add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. milk. Stir and put 1 c. mixture into each of three containers. Keep one for yourself and give the other two to friends along with the recipe. Use what is left in the bowl. Add and mix thoroughly:
In a separate bowl mix:
Add to wet mixture and mix thoroughly. You don't have to use pudding but use a little less oil. Pour into 2 large well greased and sugared (mix some sugar and cinnamon together to make sugared mixture) loaf pans. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top too. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
