SCALLOPED CORN
  • 3 c. cut uncooked corn (or 2 cans drained)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 c. milk

Combine corn, eggs, and salt. Place alternate layers of corn mixture and crumbs in greased baking dish; dot each layer with butter. Pour in milk and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
