Update of 07-30-07

Our newest endeavor in our journey is taking on consumer studies. I have felt a compunction to teach Alan and Rebekah what I call consumer math. We are starting out with learning all about banking (checking accounts, savings accounts, etc.).

I have been doing some online research all morning, looking for sites that offer simple strategies for teaching kids how to be savvy with their handling of money.

I guess we will see how things "pan out", as they say.
