SEASONED RED POTATOES
  • 12 to 14 small red potatoes
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried basil

Peel a strip around each potato. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then drizzle over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until tender. Yield: 6 servings
