6 Tasty Summer Smoothies

Hot weather is on its way and I have the smoothies to make your day!

1. Easy Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana,
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt,
  • dash of milk

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. Mango Mania

  • 1 mango (cut and pitted),
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Peach Medley

  • 1 peach (cut and pitted),
  • 1 banana,
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

4. Triple Berry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup strawberries,
  • 1/4 cup blueberries,
  • 1/4 cup raspberries,
  • 1/4 cup of milk

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

5. Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup of strawberry juice or apple juice
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of strawberry yogurt

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

6. Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of raspberry sherbet or sorbet
  • 2 ½ cups of orange juice

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
