Macaroni & Cheese

  • 2 cups macaroni

  • 2 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

  • 4 oz. American cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

  • ½ tsp. Salt


Boil 2 qt. Water. Add macaroni. Simmer until macaroni is tender. Blend milk and egg. Dice cheese into cubes. Drain macaroni. Toss with margarine. Mix cheese and macaroni in casserole dish. Pour milk and egg mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered.

 

Serves 4-6.
