Best Ever Sugar Cookies

2 eggs 1/2 cup shortening ( I use oil and it works fine) 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour Preheat the oven to 350 Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour a little at a time to form a dough. Roll ob floured surface and cut out. Bake about 8 - 10 minutes. I like this recipe because I don't have to mix up the dough and then wait while it gets cold to roll it out. I can just roll it out when the dough is mixed.
