MOM'S EGG BREAD

  • 8 oz. milk, warmed

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 3 T. butter

  • 2 tsp. yeast

Use sweet bread setting.

PARMESAN BREAD

  • 1 1/2 cup warm water

  • 3 1/2 T. olive oil

  • 1 1/2 T. honey

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 1 T. garlic powder

  • 3 1/2 cup bread flour

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 1/2 T. dry milk

  • 1 tsp. yeast

 

HONEY OATMEAL BREAD

  • 1 1/2 T. butter

  • 2 1/4 T. honey

  • 9 oz. warm water

  • 3/8 cup rolled oats

  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp. yeast

 

ITALIAN HERB BREAD 

(this is the recipe I use to make stuffing!)

  • 12 oz. warm water

  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 2 T. oil

  • 4 cups bread flour

  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/2 T. parsley

  • 1 T. sugar

  • 1 T. dried onion

  • 1 tsp. dried basil

  • 1 tsp. garlic

  • 2 tsp. yeast

Use French bread setting.

AMERICAN GARLIC & PARSLEY BREAD

  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tsp. warm water

  • 1 T. oil

  • 2 cups bread flour

  • 2 T. wheat bran

  • 1 T. sugar

  • 1 T. minced garlic

  • 2 T. parsley

  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 2 T. wheat germ

  • 1 tsp. yeast

 

GARLIC BREAD

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 T. butter or margarine

  • 1 T. instant powdered milk

  • 1 T. sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 4 1/2 tsp. parsley

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 3 cups bread flour

  • 2 tsp. yeast

 

WHITE BREAD

  • 1 1/3 cup warm water

  • 1 T. plus 1 tsp. oil

  • 4 cups bread flour

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 1 T. plus 1 tsp. instant powdered milk

  • 2 tsp. salt

  • 2 tsp. yeast
